Ameelio Connect is free to use on a computer, laptop, or mobile phone. And you don’t need to worry about your incarcerated clients or patients needing to pay either!
To start using Ameelio Connect for Providers, you’ll need to:
1. Submit a visitor application form to the correctional facility
2. Create an Ameelio Connect account
3. Create and join an organization on Ameelio Connect
4. Request a contact and upload your photo ID
5. Wait for the facility to approve your request
6. Use Ameelio Connect to schedule visits and receive calls
